SPECIAL UNDERTAKING

The conditions stated as follows are to be read along with the rules and regulations of the Institute laid down in Rich Think Technologies' prospectus and website from time to time.

I Mr./Miss/Mrs. _______ S/o, D/o, W/o _______ willingly desire to get admission in the subject Online Education Platform. I undertake and understand that:

  1. Rich Think Technologies may send Information / Updates about special offers, activities, new upcoming courses and any other information from time to time through call, SMS or email on any/all the contacts given in this form/elsewhere and I shall have no objection whatsoever. All conditions are applicable even if communicated via call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or verbally.
  2. I shall abide by the instructions, rules and regulations issued/prescribed by the Online Education Platform (in any printed and/or oral form or mentioned on Rich Think Technologies' official website) from time to time including but not limited to academics, administration, financial, discipline, fines etc.
  3. The Admission form must be completed in all aspects along with copies of National ID card of Student and Parents / Guardian. All foreign nationals must provide a copy of valid student visa (copies of first two pages of passport of student and parents/guardian) and permission from their Embassy and NOC from Ministry of Interior Govt. of Pakistan.
  4. I have personally/through my own source verified the equivalence/recognition of qualifications offered by Rich Think Technologies and if for any reason HEC/any board/awarding body does not give equivalence or recognize any qualification offered by Rich Think Technologies then Rich Think Technologies or any of its staff members will not be held responsible.
  5. If I have personally/through my own sources verified the recognition/affiliation of Rich Think Technologies for providing services including but not limited to study/testing/admission/information study or examination/testing from the relevant university/board/awarding body/desty authority etc. after my satisfaction, I am willingly getting admission/registering with Rich Think Technologies for the purpose of study or examination/testing and hereby absolve Rich Think Technologies of any liability for the same. If there is any change/amendment/delay/cancellation in the policies/rules and regulations of relevant institutions/governing bodies/universities/boards which may/may not affect my admission/test date/testing center/test-study location/examination/study in any way then Rich Think Technologies shall not be responsible.
  6. The Online Education Platform reserves the right to review/amend and increase the fee/charges including but not limited to registration fee, tuition fee, fines or any prior notice or without the consent of the students.
  7. If a student is expelled from the Online Education Platform for any reason (e.g. on disciplinary grounds / any administrative action / unsatisfactory performance in studies / long absence without permission/notice), then all amount deposited (including the security deposits) will be retained by the Online Education Platform and I shall pay any fine(s) and/or penalties imposed by the Online Education Platform management. Any decision by the Online Education Platform management will be acceptable to me and shall not be challenged in any court of law.
  8. I shall conduct myself with honour and shall not take part in any activity, which may be considered by the Online Education Platform authorities as prejudicial to the interest of the Online Education Platform to my own interest. I understand that food and beverages are not allowed within campus premises without written approval of campus manager.
  9. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  10. Rich Think Technologies reserves the right to cancel admission of any student without assigning any reason.
  11. The management reserves the right to shift a student from one batch or session to another.
  12. Rich Think Technologies reserves the right to merge/future the batches.
  13. Rich Think Technologies reserves the right to cancel/delay a course start depending on enrollment and/or other circumstances.
  14. Student must clear dues to be eligible for issuance of any letter/document by the Online Education Platform.
  15. Rich Think Technologies is not responsible for any loss of cash, mobile, jewellery, vehicles, or valuables within campus premises.
  16. Students must wear proper dress while attending physical sessions and should follow decorum of the Online Education Platform.
  17. Admission shall not be considered complete until all admission formalities are completed and fees are paid.
  18. Rich Think Technologies will not be responsible for delay in completion of a course due to any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to floods, political unrest, law and order situation, etc.
  19. The management has the right to postpone classes if there is a situation of unavoidable circumstances.
  20. No transfer is allowed for students among different online portals or campuses without permission.
  21. No transfer is allowed for students joining any new class/batch without following the official transfer process.
  22. The starting date of the batch is firm but due to class formation it may vary.
  23. If the student is not fit in his class due to slower understanding, the Online Education Platform has the right to re-shuffle the course or transfer the course to another batch.
  24. Certificates will only be issued if the student attends 75% of the classes and completes assessments successfully.
  25. In order to obtain certificates, students must attend the batch regularly with minimum attendance criteria.
  26. Certificate issuance requires full payment of dues, completion of tests, and a fee of Rs. 1000/- as administrative charges.
  27. Certificates will be issued at least after clearing all dues and after approval by the management.
  28. Safety/security is the responsibility of students; Rich Think Technologies is not liable for personal losses.
  29. Any misconduct, misbehavior, cheating, or illegal activity will result in immediate expulsion without refunds.
  30. If exams cannot be conducted due to unavoidable situations, rescheduling will happen with administrative fee.
  31. Students can apply for refund only before the start of the classes; once classes start, no refund is applicable.
  32. Batch merging is allowed, and it will not be grounds for any refund or complaint.
  33. If a student fails to complete batch or leaves the batch midway, no refund will be processed.
  34. Students must follow all rules and regulations without exception.
  35. Rich Think Technologies has the right to offer courses at different locations or online platforms.
  36. The Online Education Platform has the right to offer classes from temporary or rented places if needed.
  37. After admission, full tuition fee including registration fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
  38. If a student avails a discount during admission and later cancels, discount benefits will be revoked.
  39. Rich Think Technologies is not responsible if the student later feels lacking satisfaction or facilities.
  40. Rich Think Technologies reserves the right to reschedule batch timings or start dates.
  41. Right of Admission is reserved by Rich Think Technologies.
  42. All disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.
  43. Rich Think Technologies reserves the right to change fee structure without prior notice.
  44. Rich Think Technologies reserves the right to merge or cancel classes as needed.
  45. If no complaint is raised during the course tenure, it is assumed that the student is satisfied with the platform, teaching, and environment.
  46. If a student makes a false or illegal complaint against Rich Think Technologies to any authority (FIA, Police, Cybercrime, etc.) without real proof, then the student's admission shall be immediately revoked without any refund.
  47. Batch starting timing might vary due to administrative reasons or the running of previous batches; students will be shifted to the next available batch in such a case.
  48. No written complaint regarding timing, class rescheduling, or batch shifting will be entertained unless Rich Think Technologies has intentionally betrayed the student's trust.
  49. Rich Think Technologies shall not be held responsible for any minor delays in batch formation, administrative processing, or class scheduling adjustments.
